Hello! I'm Patricia
Digital Transformation Manager
I worked 2 years at the e-commerce department of Luxair Luxembourg Airlines and then worked 5 years at Amazon, based out of the European Headquarter in Luxembourg. Working for a global company was an amazing experience. I was digital marketing manager for several brands in Europe, including Microsoft, Electronic Arts and Amazon Devices. I also had the opportunity to rotate from a marketing management to a product management role where I influenced a roadmap with a global scope. My new manager was based in Seattle and I would regularly have meetings with stakeholders in Japan. It was great to work directly with software developpers in Seattle, Denver and Vancouver, but the time-zone differences started to become a personal blocker to my own job satisfaction. I missed having a work-life balance that would allow me to spend time with my familly and friends instead of daily late-night meetings. This was the reason I decided to embark on a new journey in a local company.
Today I work as a digital transformation manager at the national railway company of Luxembourg. I help making railway operations more cost efficient and sustainable through various digitalization projects, some of them with 7-figure budgets.
